Good morning Sue, Anne Mirtschin has given me the address of your blog so that I can tag you in a meme? activity about your worst job ever. I don't know anybody outside of my school colleagues who have blogs, so I hope you don't mind me tagging you on Anne's reccommendation.

Now, having made contact with you, I would love to do something with your class and mine, even if it was a one off thing. I have a year 6 class who are really keen on IT and each of them has their own blog. You can find us at www.techno6.globalstudent.org.au I have my own teacher blog at www.margm.globalteacher.org.au

We have been having fun with wordles as well and so far, we have just made wordles on favourite things, friends etc. The idea of using them as a study tool would fit in really well with something new we have started this term. The students each have a Reflection Journal in which they reflect on their week's learning and plan ways to revise. Last week we created mind maps in bubbl.us to help reinforce something new they have learnt.

Anyway, I will email you with the meme challenge and hopefully we can make some sort of contact during the week.

Love your work by the way - very inspirational and so good to see what other teachers are doing with their class blogs.
cheers

I love wordle too and think there are so many potential applications for it in education. This is a great activity which I might repeat with my students if you dont mind.
